Fábio leads the Pilgrim's Europe Pigs and Poultry Agriculture teams across GB and NI and has extensive experience gained across a 22-year global career in the agricultural sector. For past 40+ years, as the leading higher welfare pork processor in the UK Pilgrim’s Europe partners with over 650 British farmers across its sustainable pig farming practices including outdoor breeding and growing , free range and organic pig production. The company also manages a Red Tractor growing pigs contract scheme and pig procurement as well as offering new build piggery contracts for those with land seeking to diversify. Fábio graduated in Veterinary & Business Administration, his specialist skills include project management, budget preparation, investment and agricultural systems.
